Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Draft notice: this page was generated as a starting point and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Before relying on it for a real, paying userbase, have it reviewed for your jurisdiction and business structure.

1. What this is

Tazo ("we", "us", "the platform") provides stream overlay, chat bot, and dashboard tools for Kick and Twitch creators ("Creators") and their viewers ("Viewers"). By creating an account, linking a Kick/Twitch account, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

Creators may sign up with an email and password, or by linking a Kick or Twitch account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.

You may not choose a username/slug that impersonates another creator, infringes a trademark, or is otherwise misleading. We may reclaim or reassign a slug that appears to be squatting on another creator's identity.

3. Free and premium plans

The free plan includes a static overlay (date/time, location, weather) with no chat platform link required. Premium features (heart rate, live GPS, chat commands, games, and more) require linking a chat platform and an active subscription, billed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may change plan pricing or what's included in each tier going forward, with reasonable notice for existing subscribers where required by law.

4. Third-party keys and integrations

Some features (heart rate via Pulsoid, live location via RTIRL, donations via your own Stripe account, text-to-speech via ElevenLabs) require you to provide your own API key or connect your own third-party account. You're responsible for complying with those services' own terms, and for any costs you incur with them directly — we don't bill you for third-party usage on keys you provide yourself.

5. Credits, wallet, and virtual currency

Some creators enable an in-chat "Credits" economy (earned via chat activity, subscriptions, or similar) usable for chat games and cosmetic features on that creator's channel. Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money, are not transferable between creators, and may be reset or adjusted by us or the creator at any time (e.g. to correct errors or abuse).

6. Donations and payments

Donations you send to a creator through the platform are processed directly by that creator's own Stripe account — the platform is not a party to that payment and does not hold or control those funds. Premium subscription payments (creator → platform) are processed via our own Stripe account. All payments are subject to Stripe's own terms.

Donations and subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.
  • Attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the Credits/games systems (e.g. cheating, botting).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other creators' accounts, data, or API keys.
  • Use the platform in a way that violates Kick's, Twitch's, Stripe's, or any integrated third party's own terms.
  • Interfere with or overload the platform's infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

8. Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from your admin Account page. This cancels any active subscription and removes your creator data. Some records (e.g. billing history required for tax/legal compliance) may be retained as required by law.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, lost donations, or third-party service outages (Kick, Twitch, Stripe, Pulsoid, RTIRL, ElevenLabs, etc.) outside our control.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
